We want this to be safe haven for everyone to share about the workplace trauma, to possibly help change the workplace for future employees, and to connect people to resources needed to move on from the drama. For this reason, we want everyone to remain anonymous, including us. We do not want to put anyone's career in jeopardy, but we have to talk about it. It is happening in all ways shapes and forms, and we want to know, we want to discuss. We have been there in your shoes, trust us. Multiple toxic work environments where we were taken advantage of, hard workers go unnoticed while the lazy ones rise up, bullied by peers and management, not paid for work completed, or felt as if there was no hope, no guidance, no help. When Sunday scaries start to turn into Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday scaries. Not all workplace environments are bad, but this movement is dedicated to those that are, and the people who feel helpless due to many obligations, money, family, or who are just loyal. This is happening more and more in the workplace, and we want to shine a light on the darkness by getting it out of our systems. When you feel you need to check yourself into some sort of workplace rehab, you are where we once were. It is a journey to take control back of your career and say goodbye to the toxicity and trauma. This is where we want to help, by sharing our stories and letting you share yours if you want. Through this journey, we hope to find some great resources to help you along the way.
